The mission of Mercy Heart is to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care for low-income, uninsured residents of Rockdale County.

About Mercy Heart

Mercy Heart is a community based charitable health clinic providing high quality, accessible medical and dental care for uninsured, medically underserved Rockdale County residents who are 18 years or older and 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Mercy Heart strives to improve health care access and outcomes for uninsured socioeconomically disadvantaged residents of Rockdale County with Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and Chronic Lung Disease.

Mercy Heart assists clients in improving their own health outcomes through increased self-efficacy, personal health knowledge, and sustainable healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Mercy Heart is the only free clinic in Rockdale County.
